Go Between Bridge (formerly Hale Street Link) opened on Monday 5 July 2010.
The four-lane tolled bridge provides a new cross-river connection and better access to some of Brisbane’s most popular education, recreation and cultural precincts.
Also featuring pedestrian and cyclist paths, the $370 million project caters for population growth in West End and South Brisbane and increase accessibility to and from popular venues including South Bank, Gallery of Modern Art, Suncorp Stadium and the Caxton Street and Park Road strips.
The bridge can be accessed at ICB/Hale Street in Milton and from a right turn on Coronation Drive and will connect to Montague Road, Merivale and Cordelia streets in South Brisbane.
